We aren't thaaat picky & you shouldn't be either... solvent would be nice!? The sweet details= 2nd floor back room next to the kitchen, 11x12?. Has an exclusive door access to a slightly slanted roof with open view to the east. Parking space ($35) & city permit parking. The internet is 45 mbps, shared, & will stay $10 a month if the 300 gb cap is not exceeded. Rent includes access to the large well equipped kitchen & 2 bathrooms, with tub & shower stall, heat (forced air) & electricity, & optional furnishings (not exactly as shown in photos). Non-smokers preferred. No dogs or cats are present & they are not allowed. First & last is required: a $430 deposit (rent + internet) reserves the room for a September 1 or early September move-in, & September?s rent of $430 is due September 1. The deposit is eventually used as the last month of tenancy rent. You would live with valued roommates, so please include in your first response: your first & LAST name, age, city of origin, how long you intend to rent for, & any other details relevant to shared living. A Facebook url &/or photograph(s) of yourself are welcome. Also, if you are moving to Toronto, please mention your arrival date. You must visit before any rental agreement can be made. Skype calls are not a substitute for visiting.
