I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment on Gaspereau Ave. The apartment is very close to Acadia and is within walking distance. I am moving in July 1 but would prefer to have utilities set up along with internet before having someone else move in. I am looking for someone as of August 1 but can arrange for earlier if needed. The room is not furnished and the furniture in the shared areas will be sparse as I am relocating from Ontario and is too expensive to bring everything. Once everything is settled in I will be purchasing more furniture for the shared areas but the room would still be your responsibility to furnish. I also have 1 dog and 1 cat who will have free access throughout the apartment. You can keep your bedroom door closed to keep them out of your room. A genuine love for animals is needed as both my dog and cat love people. My dog is a 3 and a half year old doberman and my cat is 1 year. As for myself I am a 23 year old female. I enjoy going outside but I also enjoy sitting inside on my N64 or Xbox. I feel that I am pretty laid back. I will also be attending Acadia the fall. I do not care if you are male/female, straight or lbgt. A non-smoker is required (as per landlord) and as previously mentioned, an animal lover.
