Looking for a RESPECTFUL, drama & drug free, professional FEMALE ONLY! Single mom with kids ok! We have two small kids 2 and 6. Pets ok (no cats though due to allergies sorry) provided they are up to date on shots with proof and friendly. Horses OK :) You must be animal and kid too for that matter friendly! We have animals BUT our house is very clean and fresh and pet odor/urine etc FREE as our animals are house trained or live outside and that is important to us! Bottom line is since posting an ad for a complete stranger room mate is a little uncomfortable for us- we are seeking a friendly and professional female room mate. Straight, zero drama, no drugs! You get a large bedroom and bath with big walk in closet. Rent is $750 per month all bills paid and that includes rent for yourself and up to two small kids or one respectful older child and pets including horses and use of barn and pasture (you feed horses however). Please be clean as the house is nice and we would like to keep it that way! Little kids can share a room with ours or possibly have their own or stay with you. House plan is flexible. We have a game room, media/movie style room, extra office space/room and the best porch views around! I don't mind helping watch kids provided maybe if the single mom situation worked out when I needed to run an errand the same would be provided in return rest assured my kids are safe and I trust you! We are a young professional couple. My husband travels a lot and the house is bigger than we really need so a female room mate seems like the perfect solution to us! Plus it would help me having someone to talk to when he is out of town so I do not lose my sanity chasing after two small kids all day long by myself. I cook and clean and if you do too and you like kids and animals we will probably get along! Background check and deposit to ensure safety. No scams, No random strangers over. We ask that you respect us and our home and we will absolutely give you that same respect back in return! We are friendly and laid back but are also private and safety conscious minded as well. Looking for something possibly long term that would work out well. Rent available starting in December, possibly November. In no rush to find someone seeking more of the right person to fit in with us. Please send bio about yourself and picture and be open to meet maybe for coffee? I promise we don't bite we are a super friendly no drama young couple! After we make some email exchanges to make sure we get along as far as compatibility to coexist under same roof.
