Stanza libera da Agosto 2013 (per il SOLO mese di Agosto il prezzo è ridotto a 300 euro spese incluse). Appartamento molto luminoso (7° piano). In casa ci siamo io (avvocatessa) ed un altro coinquilino (architetto), ciascuno con propria camera singola. Abbiamo Internet velocissimo 24h24 wireless (VODAFONE). Very well made building, all in reinforced concrete. All the apartment is new furnished, the single rooms have guardrobe, desk, DOUBLE BED (one bed is French-style 1+1/2 places, and the other is single). Rental price: 390 euro/month, plus circa 100 euro/month for all bills (that makes, almost 500 euro/month with all bills included). Available from August 2013 in forward (please note that the SOLE month of August has a reduced price of 300 euros with all bills included). We have (very!) fast Internet 24h24 wireless(VODAFONE). Apartment situated at the 7th floor (of course with elevator), with central heating (working from 6.00a.m. to midnight), all rooms full of light, new furnitures, wide bathroom (equipped both with bathtube and shower, and with new washing machine). Wide windows and balconies in the whole apartment, from inside you can see the park of Montagnola and the famous green Bologna's hills.
