#English below Ciao, siamo Elisa e Francesca. Stiamo cercando due ragazze non fumatrici per condividere l'appartamento. Quindi offriamo una camera doppia di 22m2. Letto a castello con tende, armadio grande, 2 cassettiere, scrivania (doppia), scarpiera, divano e libreria. Parquet. La casa si trova in ottima posizione: praticamente in centro, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Poli e a 3 minuti da metropolitana, stazione dei treni, stazione degli autobus. Molti autobus passano nelle vicinanze e ci sono 4 stazioni per il bike sharing. Politecnico, Università degli studi ed Economia sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, in bici o in autobus. La casa è stata da poco ristrutturata ed è composta da: cucina, 2 bagni, ingresso 2 camere doppie e una singola. Ci sono: frigo grande, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde e internet veloce (Fastweb). In casa ci sono due dolcissimi gatti. La casa è tranquilla ed è perfetta per concentrarsi nello studio. Affitto al mese a posto letto di 235 euro + 35 Euro di spese (luce, gas, acqua, immondizia,internet, condominio). Il riscaldamento è 40 euro al mese in più dal 15 ottobre in poi. Per una permanenza di almeno 12 mesi. Oppure 80 euro la settimana (spese incluse) per brevi periodi. Libera dal 15 settembre per un anno con possibilità di rinnovo. Cerchiamo 2 ragazze pulite, dinamiche e aperta a nuove amicizie per cui non sia un problema ospitare sporadicamente persone in casa e organizzare delle cene tra amici ogni tanto. Bunk bed with curtains, a large wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, desk (double), shoe rank, sofa and bookcase. Parquet. The house is in a great position: practically in the centre, 10 minutes walk from the Polytechnic and 3 minutes by subway stations, train station, bus station. Many buses pass nearby and there are 4 bike sharing stations . Polytechnic, University and Economy faculty are easily accessible on foot, by bike or bus. The house has been recently renovated and comprises: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, hall 2 double bedrooms and one single. There are large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fast internet connection (Fastweb). In the house there are two very sweet cats. The house is quiet and is perfect to concentrate and for studding. Rent per month per bed is 235 Euros + 35 Euros bills (electricity, gas, water, trash, internet, condominium), the heating is 40 euro per month extra from October 15 onwards, if you stay at least 12 months. Otherwise it's 80 Euros per week (including bills) for shorter period. The place is available from 15th September for one year or more. We are looking for 2 clean girls, dynamic and open to new friendships that will not be a problem occasionally accommodating people in the house and organize dinners with friends. The house is beautiful, so it is a must to see it! We are available for meetings to visit.
