Included within the rent is a cleaner who cleans the communal areas ie bathroom ,living room and kitchen on a fortnightly basis to keep cleaning standards to a decent level making the house more comfortable to live in. The kitchen comes equipped with a washing machine/dryer ,integrated oven and hob and frige freezer,also there is a breakfast area for meals. The kitchen has patio sliding doors leading out onto a well maintained back garden with a decent sized patio area and lawn,perfect for those warm summer evenings and the odd BBQ. The house also has a communal Living room which includes flat screen tv with virgin ,DVD player ,wifi access (within all room s of the house) which is ideal for Chilling out after a long day. The bathroom includes a bath with an electric shower over head and is cleaned fotnightly...added bonus . now to tell you a little bit about myself ...im Laura and I'm A 23 year old professional working full time .i studied within derby ...then was offered a full time job which I accepted after My studies And have stayed in derby ever since ...I'm Looking for either a male Or female to share this Lovely 2 bedroom house with who must be either in employment or a mature student . Preferable aged between 21-30 And a non smoker. The house is conveniently located close to a large Asda (within walking distance) .Just a short Walk away is a bus stop which provides frequent transport into the city centre,also is conveniently located close to rollsroyce ,and the A50/A38 so transport links to other areas are within easy access Perfect for employment out of area or at rollsroyce and in the city centre. There is offroad parking to the front of the house . One months rent is required as deposit in advance this will be held in a secure deposit scheme for your reassurance...references will be asked for upon request.
