Hello, I have available 2 double rooms in a young professional house share, in Fenham (Wingrove Avenue). Students and young professionals are welcome. The location is a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and is a lovely quiet street with ample parking. The rent for the large double is £285pcm + bills (probably about £60pcm + council tax if eligible. The rent for the average size double is £265 + bills. Rent is payable in advance and the deposit is one month rent. It is on a lodging basis, so there are no agency fees or anything. I am a live in landlord. We have broadband internet, a big living room with dinning table, a large kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room, washing machine, bath/shower + combi boiler. There is also a spare single room/desk area available for visiting guests. The room comes with a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, curtains and an optional desk. The house is clean and tidy providing a very pleasant living environment. The household is very relaxed, friendly and there is plenty of space. Viewing is very welcome, get in touch.
