We are two working female professionals who have found a lovely house in Exeter and require a third housemate. The room is a smallish double in a large 3 bedroom house on the edge of Exeter. Excellent access to the M5 motorway, RD&E hospital and local bus routes. The house is unfurnished but we both have furniture to fill most of the house. The room will be let on an unfurnished basis. You will have use of the beautiful communal gardens and there is a garage which we plan to use for storage. We both work full time hours and are both pretty active outside of work. We are looking for another female aged 24-35 who is tidy, easy going and sociable - preferably a working professional too. We would also require you to commit to a 6 months minimum let. Rent is £295pcm plus utilities which we are estimating at £130pcm max including council tax, energy bills, water, phone, TV and internet. The deposit is likely to be around 1 months rent in advance although we have yet to confirm this with the letting agent. As the property is let via an agent, there will also be a £100 referencing fee prior to tenancy agreement. Please get in touch via text or call to chat if you are interested.
