Hi, My flatmate is moving down south so I'm looking for a new flatmate to share our large flat on West princes Street, Woodlands. The flat is in a nice area with shops and cafes on Woodlands Road just round the corner. You can walk to Kelvinbridge underground in less than 10 mins. 2 mins from Great Western Road and loads of great pubs and restaurants. Botanic gardens and river Kelvin walkway are 5-10mins away. The flat is very spacious with high ceilings, period features, massive bay windowed living room, 2 good-sized bedrooms, hall, large dining kitchen,bathroom with bath and shower. We have virgin cable and wireless broadband. Your room is a large double, fully furnished, with plenty of storage. You can move in any time between 8th of September to 6th October ABOUT ME My name's Hollie. I'm 25 and I'm a full time student. I start Glasgow Uni in September to study Geography and Earth Science. I previously studied Make-up Artistry and worked in this field for a while before deciding to go back to education. I'm laid-back, pretty clean and tidy and I like a good laugh. I like using my sewing machine and you'll quite often find me making new things for the flat. I also like music (r'n'b, disco, soul, funk, acoustic, electro, house, techno), gigs, pubs, clubs, world cinema and art. Quite social at the weekends, like to hang out with friends, sometimes in the flat but mostly out and about on fri/sat night at pubs or clubs. Often go to the subby. I'm relatively quiet during the week, like to come home and chill out after work, maybe go out for the odd pint or see a film but that's about it on school-nights. I'm a smoker. ABOUT YOU Ideally a student under 32 but I'll consider professionals too. I'm looking for someone laid-back, up for a laugh, considerate, clean, tidy-ish, social (not a hermit). Hopefully we'll get on like a house on fire and be comfortable spending time together in the flat. Up for the odd pint. No partying on school nights please.
