Hey! Thanks for checking out our ad. We are 2 young females looking for a 3rd compatible roomie starting October 1. Details as follows: The House: 3 bedroom + Den (Guest Room), 2 1/2 Bath, Deck, Yard, Hardwood Floors, Granite Counters, Open Concept Living Area, Fireplace, Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Fully Furnished except your room. The Room: Master bedroom w/ 4pc ensuite and walk in closet, Unfurnished The Roommates: Claire, 27- from San Fransico- enjoys going to festivals, checking out local events, and going to the occasional yoga class. She works as an exhibit designer. She has a fiance who lives in San Fransico so he regularly visits or she will go there to see him. Caitlin, 26- originally from Red Deer, but have lived in both Vancouver and Australia. I enjoy going to movies/watching them at home or going out for a few casual drinks with friends, having BBQ's and fires at the house and working out at the gym. I?m also an Oilers fan so there will be plenty of nights where I yell at the tv. I work as a design consultant at a plumbing showroom. As roommates we get along well, both pitch in and keep the house clean, we enjoy the occasional drink together, watch tv or go out for dinner. We definitely lead separate lives but are always happy to come home and catch up with each other. We would like someone to fit into the dynamic we have. You: Ideally between the ages of 25-35, male or female, mature, responsible, working fulltime or student, happy to chip in around the house, CLEAN (our common areas are kept clean and tidy- do what you will with your space), friendly and social, quiet and respectful of your roomie's personal space. Although we are okay with having friends over and the occasional bbq or dinner party, we are definitely not a party house. ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR SMOKING. The area: 17 Ave & 42 St SW. Walking distance to the 45St train station, lots of bus stops near by on 17 ave and 37st. Close to Walmart, Safeway, Westbrook Mall, Westhills Shopping area, Pubs & restaurants. 10 min drive to downtown. What more do you need? The Financials: Rent $630/month + Utilities (approx $100/month) + Cable & Internet (approx $35-$50/month), $630 DD We will be setting up interviews for after September 4 as Claire is currently in the States.
