Having renovated our larger 3 bedroom semi, my partner and I are looking for someone to rent our spare double room. The area: Kenton is a few miles from the city centre, which can be reached via a number of bus services. The journey time is a little over 10 minutes as there aren't many stops. We are located on the periphery of Gosforth, with the high street within easy reach. Our street is very quiet and tidy, consisting of 3 and 4 bedroom semi detached and detached property. The property has been renovated to a very high standard, with no expense spared. The room itself consists of a king size bed with memory foam mattress, 2 wardrobes, a large chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The furniture was all purchased at Barker and Stonehouse. The property consists of a front lounge, a large kitchen diner with breakfast bar and dining table (with range oven, american style fridge freezer, dishwasher and bottle cooler), a utility room with separate washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms and a large luxury bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. To the rear of the property is a decent size garden, with a large deck, accessed from either the utility room, or the kitchen diner. There is high speed broadband access with wifi capability. The room on offer also has a wall hung 32" LCD TV which has access to it's own Virgin HD recordable TV service. We are looking for someone that will treat our property and possessions with utmost respect. This generally isn't a party house, but we don't mind a drink and a bit of banter. The property will be available around the end of September, beginning of October, as we are in the the middle of working on our utility room. About us: I am a 29 year old lad, qualified electrician with experience renovating houses but currently studying Architectural Engineering at Northumbria University. I am a Newcastle United season ticket holder and I go to all home games and try to watch the majority away games. I like a pint or 8 in town or on Gosforth High Street. There is also a pub local to the house, called the Duke of Wellington, which isn't bad for the odd drink. My partner is 27, and a Primary School Teacher. She is quite partial to a glass of red and doesn't mind the occasional night out. She likes to keep the house clean and tidy. We also have 2 puppies, a Bedlington Terrier and Welsh Terrier. They're no bother, and will be sleeping in the Utility room once this is completed. They are crate trained and currently sleep in their crate in the bay window of the kitchen diner. All bills are included in the price of the rent, including Virgin TV.
