The apartment is in great condition, and is in actually in Richmond City Centre -- there was no option for this location on the website. The building contains a really nice rooftop patio, garden, workout room and sauna. There is also a separate storage room and parking spot, which we can try to rent out to save about $30-35/month each if you do not use them. Close to the Canada line (less than 10 mins. walk), three convenient bus stops, and only about 30-45 mins. travel time to get downtown by public transit. Only 15-20 mins. to Kwantlen by bus. Also close to the lovely Richmond Public Library, public swimming pool/track field, Richmond Centre mall. The apartment is set up with an excellent high speed internet connection, and cable (free if you don?t use it). About me: quiet, positive female in my late 20's completing my Bachelor of Arts. Seeking a quiet, considerate, and responsible room-mate around my age (about 20s - mid-30s, but I am lenient on this). I'd prefer a female room-mate, but will definitely consider others. One of my previous room-mates was male and I felt pretty comfortable around him.
