This place is Great! I have it if i can find someone to share it with asap. Bedrooms are huge and split by bathroom as well as off a hallway for maximum sound insulation & privacy Both bedrooms have private entry to patio and garden the wood floors are real hardwoods and the Havana tile in the living room is awesome! the appliances aren't new but they work fine. Its got a slightly overgrown back patio not pictured that i would fix up asap and get a BBQ (i grow some herbs and vegetables) laundry is on the property it's available for move in on the 21st I'm an artist and a laid back guy who is mostly pescatarian. I have some events I do here and a photo-booth rental business in Miami. As well I am events coordinator for a farm-to-table restaurant/club/venue in Brooklyn I have the occasional dinner party and friends by for a glass of wine but I'm not interested in having afterhours at my home. ever. I practice yoga pretty much every day but i might smoke the occasional cigarette (outside) if i have a drink. I have an art studio in the neighborhood and work there a lot. I am financially secure and you should be too. I am extremely clean. like NO dishes ever in the sink and no dusty corners. *** I have 2 cats and I travel to Brooklyn half the time for work so someone who likes cats and could help take care of them when I'm away would be ideal! If I'm away long trips over a week they can go to my parents but it's a trek up to Boca so someone who likes cats would be ideal the furniture picture is the landlord's mine is picture in my former home below... It's $1500 a month Total you would need first, last, and security immediately a total of $2250 I would love to take it tomorrow and have a roommate so it's not empty when I'm in NYC. I'm away more than half the time so living alone is actually not ideal for me. If i can't find someone I'm stuck with a one bed but this place is like a house without the upkeep. small dog ok (with small pet deposit) my cats are fine with dogs and the male actually likes them but no more cats please. if you're serious call or text Casey asap but please before you do ask yourself if you have the money to do this immediately
