English text below Ruim tweekamerappartement te huur voor 3 maanden. Gemeubileerd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo klaar voor gebruik. De prijs is all-inclusive!!! Het appartement bestaat uit een ruime woonkamer met comfortabele bank (om te toveren in een tweepersoons slaapbank, met dank aan Zweden;)) en er is een televisie aanwezig. Er zijn twee bureaus+bureaustoelen en er is genoeg kastruimte om al je boeken en andere spullen in op te bergen! Ook is er een eettafel met stoelen, waaraan je je maaltijden kunt nuttigen die je in de open keuken hebt bereid. Deze keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien; koelkast, vriezer, combimagnetron, gasfornuis+oven. De keukenspullen zijn aanwezig (bestek, pannen, borden etc.). Tevens zijn er ook een broodrooster, blender en tosti-ijzer aanwezig voor de liefhebber. De slaapkamer nabij de 12 m2 en is uitgerust met een tweepersoons matras, tafeltje en meerdere opberggelegenheden. Ten slotte de badkamer: deze beschikt over een douche, wastafel en toilet. Het appartement is gelegen op de begane grond en op loopafstand van winkels, parken en openbaar vervoer.Zowel aan de voor- als achterkant van het huis is een terras/klein tuintje voor eigen gebruik. Een fietsenberging is aanwezig. Gratis parkeren voor de deur De huurprijs is 550 euro inclusief (1 persoon) en 650 euro inclusief (2 personen). Ik vraag 1 maand borg. Mail snel voor eventuele vragen en voor het maken van een afspraak! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Spacious two-room apartment for rent. All costs included/all inclusive!!! The living room is very large and has bookcases, a sofa (you can convert it into a comforable double bed, thanks to Sweden;)), a television, and dining table+chairs. There is an open kitchen with gas cooker (with oven), fridge, freezer, combi microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped so you don't have to bring pans/cuterly/plates/cups/glasses etc. The bedroom has a lot of wardrobes and a double mattress/for 2 persons. To end with, the bathroom contains of a shower, washbasin and toilet. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and on walking distance of shops, parks and public transport. There is a patio/petite garden in the front and behind the house. Also, there is a place for storing your bike. Free parking in front of the building The rent is 550 euro incl.
