Accommodation available specifically aimed/designed for those wanting to reintegrate into main stream society. Tenancy agreements are initially set for a ten week period this is so that the tenant can increase chances of having own home. This is only going to be relevant to those that have already explored other avenues to gaining there own home. For example, most support/housing groups estimate a 6 month period before gaining there own home. What I am offering is 2 private living areas (bedroom/lounge) 1 very large storage area, along with access to communal areas such as kitchen bathroom and 2nd living area. Weekly rent is £50 with a weekly top up of £20 to cover cost of electric gas etc Due to people letting me down in past i only do 10 weeks tenancy with option to extend, i do not ask for a deposit but do ask that full tenancy to be paid in advance. There is no deposit, is available immediately. Located in Stoke-on-Trent, literally 2 minutes walk from the town centre and 4 minutes away from central bus station.
