At present current housemates are a mix of Irish, English and Kiwi. We are pretty quite during the week but enjoy a drink or 2 at the weekend! :) Appliances: Washing machines, cooker, microwaves, T.V's, fridges etc. House: Large old townhouse, 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living areas, balcony, washing line. Room: Comes with bed covers etc, chest of drawers, shelfs and mirror. Rent: $225 Bills: $60 per week - Electricity, gas, internet 40gb per person, cleaner. We are a couple looking for someone to fill our room until the end of our tenancy; 27th Sep, but if you like it you can stay until the end of Feb (or longer.) The house is located 10 min walk from K'road and about 25min walk from the CBD. An ideal location for those commuting to city for work and/or those who enjoy the k'road bars, cafes and shops. The house is old but with lots of character, the room would suit a backpacking couple. It has lots of windows and gets a lot of sun during the day. It also has its own private entrance. The bedroom is situated downstairs where you will share a "kitchen" area and bathroom with another couple as well as a living area with freeview T.V. You have to be able to supply a 2 week bond to the landlady which would be returned upon your departure. (assuming nothing is broken!:) House is gay friendly, no pets, smokers outside, drinkers inside :p Please also see, Emma and Cesca :)
