1 room in a 2br for rent starting Oct 1st in Wrigleyville. Bedroom includes ceiling fan, walk in closet and central air. Located on the third floor with large windows which look out onto the street and gated courtyard. Apartment is furnished and kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and gas oven. There is a laundry room located in the building. Utilities are not included in the rent and consist of electric, gas, and internet. The internet is a fixed amount but the others fluctuate in price depending on how much they are used. 5-8 min walk to both the lakefront and Addison red line. Located across the street are a walgreens and walmart express. A jewel, treasure island and whole foods are a few blocks away. The street is relatively quiet and removed from the local nightlife. But there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves mostly, but are friendly if passed on the stairs. I am looking for someone who is reliable, respectful and somewhat quiet; I'm not one for having parties but I don't mind when friends/family come over. I don't smoke and smoking inside is an absolute no. The building is pet friendly, as am I. Though there's an extra fee for dogs. This will be my third year living here, my roommate moved out for work. She and I met using this website and got along very well, so I'm hoping to have good luck finding someone through this site again.
