For Monthly stay bookings, following conditions apply:
* Cancellation received 30 days prior to arrival will not entail charges.
* Cancellation received 20-29 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the entire stay booked.
* Cancellation received within 11-19 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of the entire stay booked.
* Cancellation received less than 11 days of the booked arrival date will be charged 100% of the entire stay booked. No show *or* non-arrival will be charged full stay as well.
For Short stay bookings, following conditions apply:
* Cancellation received 72 hours prior to the booked arrival date shall not entail charges.
* Cancellation received 48 hours prior to the booked arrival date will be charged 50% of the entire stay booked.
* Cancellation received less than 48 hours of the booked arrival date will be charged 100% of the entire stay booked.
