All cancellations must be made no less then 72 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) nights accommodation will be incurred onto the Guest’s credit card, with the exception of GROUP Bookings and reservations over SPECIAL EVENT PERIODS. Changes are subject to the availability of rooms and the TARIFF may be subject to change. Cancellations and changes for Group Bookings and over Special Event Periods MUST be lodged 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival, and may also require that a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT be paid, in part or in full.

A failure to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the Guest’s scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation.
