The purpose built property is on the inner city Tram loop, and features a mix of new and heritage architecture including the largest glazed atrium in the south island of New Zealand. Incorporated in the complex, is a variety of retail shops, cafes and restaurants. Guests will also have access to onsite car parking. These apartment opened in January 2004 providing the standard suite of services including, Qantas Frequent Flyer points, breakfast packs, restaurant charge back and pantry shopping. At front door, you can hop aboard Christchurch famous tram for a tour of the inner city. Stops include the Arts Centre, Worcester Bridge (next to the Avon River) with its traditional punts and trendy cafes, the boutique shops of New Regent Street, and Cathedral Square. Or stop off for a flutter at Christchurch famous Casino.

All cancellations must be made no less then 48 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) nights accommodation will be incurred onto the Guestâs credit card. A failure to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the Guestâs scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation.
