We understand how difficult and unsettling it can be living away from home so we endeavour to offer our apartments as homely as possible by providing home from home comforts, together with space and freedom that you cannot find in a traditional hotel or why not relax in our air-conditioned gym with sauna (all facilities included in the price).

Location

Whatever method of transport you choose, our location could not be better. We are situated within a 10-minute walk from Croydon’s many restaurants, clubs, shopping centres and East Croydon train station. The Fairfield Hall theatre is only 200 yards away. Train: East Croydon mainline station takes you to the heart of London in just 20 minutes or catch one of the regular services to the South Coast. There is a regular train service that gets you to Gatwick Airport in 15 minutes. Road: From the M25 (junction 8), Croydon is less than 10 miles distance on the A23.

Accommodation

All of our apartments are furnished and equipped to a high standard and have their own unique style. If you are looking for a conference venue or training event, we can offer these facilities as a package including accommodation, lunch and refreshments. All of the apartments have been constructed following guidance from the Carbon Trust including sustainable building materials, low energy rated appliances, low energy light fittings and roof insulation to mention a few. Bedroom Features All of our bedrooms are fitted with top quality beds. Some apartments are provided with telephone extensions. All apartments have alarm clocks, hair dryers and ample wardrobe space. All bathrooms are tiled and have power showers and some with integrated baths and heated towel rails. Living Room Features Apartments are spacious and light with high ceilings and are unique in size and shape with a contemporary feel. All this is complimented by luxury fittings and furnishings including Plasma Screen TV with Freeview and Sky (including Sky Sports, Movies, Sky One, Digital radio and DVD Player). There is also a separate radio incorporating iPod/MP3 connectivity, and dedicated Broadband access. All Apartments have a dedicated direct dial telephone. We have created an environment that will allow you to work, entertain family and friends or colleagues or simply just relax. Other Facilities - Gym & Sauna Room : Not only do we offer a luxury environment in which to relax we also offer a state of the art Gym which includes Rowing Machine, Cross Trainers, Exercise Bikes, Treadmill and Multi-Gym. Our Gym is set in a separate room, which is equipped with plasma screen. If that is not enough there is a 4 seat infrared sauna with integrated CD and radio. - Conference Room/Training Facilities : If you require a venue for a conference/training event we have a conference room set out in a boardroom style seating 10 delegates. If required this can be opened out into a separate auditorium area that can seat 25/30 theatre style with plasma screen for presentations. The hire charge for the boardroom will include ceiling mounted LCD projector, with laptop compatibility and flipchart. In addition you will be provided with facilities for tea/coffee throughout the day. Our “In House” caterers can provide a buffet lunch if required.

Condition d'annulation

- All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. Where cancellation of the whole or part of a booking is received less than 28 nights prior to arrival CREDIBLE APARTMENTS reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £100 + VAT and any accommodation charges that CREDIBLE APARTMENTS has committed to in respect of that reservation. Any refund is made subject to the apartment being re-let.
