The area: the apartment is situated in the 5ème arrondissement of Paris, in the historic district of Saint Germain des Pres, a short distance from the Seine and the delightful Ile Saint Louis, not far from the Jardin de Luxembourg (5-10 minute walk). Metro station: The nearest subway station is "Maubert-Mutualité (line 10), less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Here the environment, tastefully furnished and cheerfully painted in a contrasting with bright color, includes a comfortable double bed, a large window allowing for plenty of light during the day, a mirror and a bookshelf. From here you enter the en-suite bathroom, small but complete with a built-in shower.
