Thailand serviced apartments have 38 bungalows and have two distinct themes. There are Garden View Bungalows and Pool View Bungalows. While the Garden View Bungalows are traditional and are situated scattered around the resort gardens; the Pool View Bungalows are the bungalows that have been improved recently to make them modern in look and to provide all the modern amenities to the residents. The restaurant nearby at the beach is also affiliated to it. It offers classic Thai dishes all along the day as well as the international dishes.

Location

We are situated at the famous beach of Chaweng Beach on the long stretch of eastern Koh Samui coast. White sand and shopping opportunity add to the fame of the beach. Thailand serviced apartments are located near the classy Centara Grand Hotel at the south end of the beach. It takes only 15 minutes to reach here. On the 5 minute walk are all of Tesco Lotus, Big C and Makro. Being at the heart of the populated area, all sort of facilities like shops bars dining and entertainment are easily accessible. .

Accommodation

Garden view bungalow, pool view and beachfront bungalow are the three types of accommodations available with us. The garden view bungalows are typically Thai in their style. These are scattered around the resort garden we own. With our pool view and beach front bungalows, we provide new rooms that have been renovated recently so that all the contemporary design is offered to you with complete amenities.

Condition d'annulation

* Cancellations for Low Season (1 Nov 10 - 19 Dec 10, 1 May 11- 14 Jul 11, 1 Sep 11 - 31 Oct 11), can be made at least 2 days prior to guest arrival date, or penalty equivalent to 50% of the total booked nights or at least 1 night charge, whichever the greater.
* Cancellations for High Season (11 Jan 11 - 30 Apr 11, 15 Jul 11 - 31 Aug 11), can be made at least 7 days prior to guest arrival date, or penalty equivalent to 75% of the total booked nights or at least 1 night charge, whichever the greater.
* Cancellations for Peak Season (20 Dec 10 - 10 Jan 11), can be made at least 14 days prior to guest arrival date, or penalty equivalent to 100% of the total booked nights or at least 5 night charge, whichever the greater.
