2. Cancellations for a monthly reservation must be received 15 nights prior to check in.
a) If cancellation of a guaranteed 1 night to less than 1 month stay-3 night advance notice required otherwise equal to 1 night charge.
b) If cancellation of a guaranteed 30 nights and above- 15 nights advance notice require otherwise equal to half a month charge.
